What is Mammut Access and why join?
Mammut Access is our new loyalty program that offers exclusive benefits to registered members, enhancing their shopping experience with exclusive offers, promotions, early access, birthday gifts, and loyalty vouchers. Members earn points with every purchase (and through other actions such as completing their profile or referring a friend). Points have no monetary value, but members can accumulate them to reach new milestones and unlock new benefits. The higher the reward level, the more exclusive benefits members have access to.
How do I join Mammut Access?

How do I earn points?
Mammut Access members earn points for every purchase made online at mammut.com, in Mammut stores, and at outlets in Europe and the United States. Members can also earn additional points by participating in other special promotional offers communicated by Mammut through their account. Please refer to the question "How can I ensure that my purchase points accumulate in Mammut Access?" to confirm that your purchase points are being counted.
How is my loyalty level determined?
Your loyalty level is determined by the points accumulated over a 12-month period:
Adventurer: Members with 0-499 points are eligible. Explorer: Members with 500-999 points are eligible. Guide: Members with over 1,000 points are eligible.
How can I ensure that the points from my purchases accumulate in my Mammut Access account?
Make sure you are logged into your Mammut Access account when placing your order online, or provide your email address when making a purchase in one of our stores or outlets:

Are my points redeemable?
The points are not exchangeable and have no monetary value, but they accumulate to unlock different levels and benefits.
What are the advantages?
As a member, you'll have access to various benefits depending on your loyalty level. Here are a few: loyalty vouchers, early access to offers and new products, a birthday voucher, exclusive promotions, partner discounts, and exclusive events. You can view the detailed list of benefits
When will I receive my loyalty vouchers?
You receive your loyalty vouchers when you reach a new loyalty level. Please note that you will only receive one loyalty voucher per year for each level reached. If you are demoted due to points adjustments, you will keep your loyalty voucher, but you will not receive another voucher for the same loyalty level for the next 12 months.
I have made a return; will my points balance and loyalty level be adjusted?
Yes, in the event of a return, your points will still be deducted from your balance and your loyalty level will be downgraded, if applicable. If a purchase is fully refunded, the corresponding points will not be added to your account. In the case of a partial return, the number of points deducted will be proportional to the value of the returned items. If you received a loyalty voucher when you leveled up, you can keep and use it. Please note that members can only receive a loyalty voucher once per year per level. Therefore, if you level up again within the next 12 months, you will not receive the voucher again.
Do my points expire and how does that affect my loyalty level?
Points expire 365 days after they are earned. However, once you reach a new tier, you will retain that status for 12 months. Even if some of your points expire during this period, you will not be downgraded. Every 12 months, we recalculate your points to determine your tier. This means your status is reassessed annually based on your current point balance. Please see the Program Terms and Conditions for more details.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, log in, go to "Preferences," and click "Delete your account." Confirm in the following pop-up window. To ensure the request is genuine, we will send you a confirmation email. Once you confirm, we will proceed with the deletion, which can take up to 30 business days. Please note that you will lose all your benefits.
What happens if I lose my login details?
You can reset your password using the email address you registered when creating the account. If you don't remember your email address, please contact customer support for assistance.
